About Caps

Caps is a utility designed for Windows users who tend to overlook the status of their Caps Lock key. It provides audible notifications when Caps Lock is toggled on or off, and plays a specified sound loop when Caps Lock is activated. This is especially handy for those who don’t regularly monitor their screen while typing.

How to Use Caps

Installation: Simply extract the file and run the CapsV2.exe.

Customization: Use the Control + Alt + Shift + S keys to select your preferred sound files for Caps Lock on, off, and loop notifications.

Adjust Loop Timer: Set the loop duration using the timer interval input field in milliseconds. Ensure it’s not below 2000ms (2 seconds).

Preview: Use the preview buttons to listen to selected sounds before saving them.

Save Settings: Click "Save Sounds" to store your chosen sound configurations and timer interval in the file.

Autostart: If you want this application to run automatically when you log in to Windows, create a shortcut for the CapsV2.exe file, then place the shortcut in the startup folder.
To open the startup folder, press Win (Windows Key) + R. Once the Run window appears, type the following (without quotation marks):
"shell:startup"
Press Enter, and the startup folder will open. Now, paste the shortcut file into this folder and close it. Next time you log in to Windows, this application will automatically run for you.

@Paulinux It’s not nice to judge stuff like this. I bet you didn’t even took a look and are judging it based on what you think. Many of us won’t find it useful, that’s true. But from not finding it useful to saying it’s trusted or not is a long way. Don’t demotivate people like that next time. And please, give him good reasons why it’s not trusted.
I don’t speak out of random words, I myself am developing some stuff and I know how it feels. Without good reasons to back your argument, it’s not even counted.
